Product warranty conditions
• Product warranty is subject to the company's terms and conditions. The warranty period is counted from the date of delivery.


• There will be a service fee for the technician team for on-site service only if the product is out of warranty or has expired, starting at 1000 baht.


• The warranty does not include shipping, handling and travel costs for on-site service.


• In the event of damage occurring but the company is unable to provide materials or parts in the same list for repair or replacement during the repair period, the company reserves the right to provide materials with equal properties and standards as replacements.


• If the company considers that your product is under warranty conditions, the company reserves the right to decide to replace parts or repair the product or take appropriate action. In any case, there will be no refund. In the case of a set of products, if any part is damaged, the company reserves the right to change only the problematic part.


• In the event that your product has been replaced or repaired, the product warranty period will remain in effect from the date of delivery and will not be extended from the date the product is repaired.


• The Company reserves the right to be the judge and decide whether the product is under warranty or not. The Company's decision is final.


• Movement of the product is not within the scope of the product warranty.


• The company reserves the right to provide warranty for products located in Thailand only.


• This warranty does not cover damage caused by careless use.


• This warranty does not cover minor differences between product images on the company's website, posters, leaflets, flyers, brochures, catalogs or images from other media and the actual product received.



Accepting various types of products


• Sofa type
o Sofa structure guaranteed for 3 years
o In all cases, sofas that are ordered in additional sizes and with special specifications will have a product warranty only for the sofa structure.
o The company reserves the right to refund and return products in any case. The warranty conditions may be changed without prior notice.

• Marble and glass types
o The company reserves the right to guarantee the product until the customer signs for the product.
o In the event that the customer has not yet signed for the product but the product is damaged during installation, the company will claim a new product.

• Types of steel, stainless steel and aluminum
o The warranty is only for damaged structures (broken, bent, rusted). Customers can immediately notify the company to change the product or return the product. When the company delivers the product, if the customer has inspected and received the product, it cannot be changed or returned in any case. (In the case of special-order products, the company guarantees the structure for 1 year.)
