Order cancellation
When the customer confirms the order and completes payment on the website https://hsfurmall.com, an officer will contact to confirm the order and schedule a delivery. If the officer has not confirmed the order, the order is considered incomplete.

Products that cannot be canceled

Product claim processing time

  • In the case of products that are within the 7-day warranty period, the process takes approximately 7 - 14 business days.
  • In the case of products that are beyond the warranty period, the product will be repaired and will take approximately 15-30 business days and there will be an additional charge.
