Order cancellation
When the customer confirms the order and completes payment on the website https://hsfurmall.com, an officer will contact to confirm the order and schedule a delivery. If the officer has not confirmed the order, the order is considered incomplete.

Order cancellation

1. Cancellation by https://hsfurmall.com You can cancel an order due to the product not being available, the product is out of promotion, the product is discontinued, the product cannot be shipped, the website system is down, and the customer cannot be contacted.

1.1 Refund will be made to the customer's bank account within 7-15 days after the company confirms the refund.

Products that cannot be canceled

  • Products that have been delivered, please check the product immediately upon receipt. If the received product is defective, the customer can request a product exchange. If the buyer has checked and signed for the product, it cannot be exchanged or returned in any case.
  • Made-to-order products, built-in products, semi-built-in products cannot cancel orders.

Product claim processing time

  • In the case of products that are within the 7-day warranty period, the process takes approximately 7 - 14 business days.
  • In the case of products that are beyond the warranty period, the product will be repaired and will take approximately 15-30 business days and there will be an additional charge.
